As we grow, committees will help WCE achieve our goals and host successful events. Committee members are long-term volunteers that help execute the mission of individual portfolios. Events Committee
WCE Calgary is excited to welcome new volunteers to our Events Committee!
Do you enjoy planning events and bringing people together?
WCE Calgary is looking for volunteers to join our Events Committee. The committee supports the Programming Directors in planning and delivering events that connect, inspire, and support our community of women in consulting engineering.
Committee members may help with venue and catering coordination, decor planning, marketing materials, event schedules, and organizing speakers, hosts, and activities. Volunteers attend WCE events at no cost.
No previous experience is required. An interest in events, collaboration, and community-building is all you need.
Time commitment: approximately 3–4 hours per month
