We are writing to inform all members of Women in Consulting Calgary (WCE) Society that the Annual General Meeting will be held on November 13th at 5:30pm at C-Space Marda Loop. As a member you are entitled to vote on all motions presented at the Annual General Meeting. 

All motions are reviewed to ensure compliance with our Bylaws. The two motions that will be presented at this year’s AGM are as follows:

  • Motion 1: Appointment of Financial Auditor(s)
  • Motion 2: Election of the 2025/2026 Board of Directors

The following business will also be presented:

  • Presentation of the 2023/2024 Audited Financial Statements 
  • Presentation of Director Reports outlining the previous year’s achievements 

As per our bylaws, members are entitled to vote in-person at the event or through electronic means. Further information regarding electronic voting will be sent closer to the meeting date. 

Registration for the AGM is open until November 13, 2024, at 12:00pm. More information on the AGM, including registration, can be found here.
