WCE’s Summer Social: Celebrating International Women in Engineering Day
Join WCE Calgary for our summer social in celebration of International Women in Engineering Day!
This year’s theme, Engineering Intelligence, invites us to recognize that intelligence in engineering extends beyond technical outcomes. It lives in problem-solving, judgment, collaboration, leadership, creativity, and community. As women remain underrepresented in the profession, INWED is a moment to amplify the contributions women are making today while inspiring those coming next.
To mark the occasion, WCE Calgary is proud to host our fourth annual Summer Social, sponsored by PCL and Entuitive, at Veranda at The Stables. This relaxed social setting creates space to connect across career stages and disciplines, celebrating collective intelligence through conversation, visibility, and shared experience.
Enjoy casual games on the lawn and delicous food and drinks while catching up with colleagues and new faces alike. Whether you’re an engineer or simply part of the broader community, all are welcome to join in the celebration.
